Laser Services

Note: Consultation is required for all laser services.

Laser Hair Removal

How does it work?

A laser produces a beam of highly concentrated light. The light emitted is well absorbed by the pigment located in hair follicles. The laser pulses for a fraction of a second, just long enough to vaporize the pigment, disabling numerous follicles at a time to eliminate or significantly impede the hair’s growth.

How many treatments will I need?

A minimum of 6 treatments are recommended for Optimal Results.

  • Face
  • Lip
  • Chin
  • Side burns
  • Neck
  • Chest
  • Under Arms
  • Half Arm
  • Full Arm
  • Bikini
  • Brazilian
  • Half Leg
  • Full Leg
  • Back

IPL Treatments

What is IPL?

IPL or “Photofacial” is a series of intense pulsed light treatments that dramatically erase freckles, age spots, sun damage, redness, flushing and rosacea, irregular pigmentation, wrinkles around the eyes, lips, and forehead. You can have full face, neck, chest, and even hand treatments. IPL is quick, safe, and effective with minimal downtime. You can resume normal activities immediately.

How many Treatments will I need?

For optimal results, a series of 3-5 treatments are recommended. Follow-up treatments may be desired once a year to maintain results.

ResurFx – Non-ablative skin resurfacing

How does a non-ablative laser work?

The non-ablative laser uses a wavelength that does not cause the water in the tissue to evaporate (ablate) but rather the laser energy heats the tissue in a controlled manner. The rise in temperature stimulates neocollagenesis, a process in which new collagen is produced by the body. Collagen is a fibrous protein that is responsible for giving the skin its elasticity and suppleness. By producing new collagen, the skin regains its youthful appearance. Since the treatment does not involve tissue evaporation or ablation, treatment downtime is significantly reduced, which is also why it is preferred over ablative treatments by many patients

How much downtime will I have?

There is very little downtime, approximately 12-24hrs. Redness and swelling may occur but will go away within 24 hours.

Photofractional Treatment

What is it?

A Photofractional treatment is a combination of IPL and ResuFx. It targets browns and red as well as fine lines, wrinkles and collagen and elastin production. This is the ultimate treatment for anti-aging.

Vein Treatments

Laser Vein Removal

How does it work?

When an Nd:Yag Laser is used to treat spider veins, it penetrates the skin and the superficial blood vessel, or spider vein. The heat generated by the Yag Laser coagulates the blood inside the spider vein causing it to collapse and seal.

How many treatments will I need?

3-5 treatments may be necessary for optimal results. consultation is required.

Chemical Peels

We offer the ViPeel here. There are 5 different types of peels that target anything from acne to pigmentation to fine lines and wrinkles.

Microneedling

What is Microneedling?

Microneedling is a procedure that uses small needles to prick the skin. The purpose of treatment is to generate new collagen and skin tissue for smoother, firmer, more toned skin. Microneedling is mostly used on the face and may treat various scars, wrinkles, and large pores.

When will I start to see results?

This triggers your body’s wound healing processes to heal your micro-wounds immediately. However, the most dramatic results will not be visible until four to six weeks after treatment. It takes roughly this long for your body to create new, strong, healthy collagen.

Note: Consultation is required for all microneedling services.
