Christy is the owner of Dermatology Solutions and also nationally certified in both dermatology and family medicine. Having over 15 years of experience in the field, Christy is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers and precancerous lesions. As a provider, Christy is committed to staying up to date on the latest advancements in dermatological care. Her goal is to target her patient’s true concerns and empower them to be active participants and decision-makers in their care. She believes the key to building a trusting relationship with her patients is through strong communication in this, Christy maintains a focus of ensuring that patients at Dermatology Solutions are consistently put first, receiving the highest quality of care through a wide range of aesthetic and medical dermatology services.
Board-certified family nurse practitioner Laura Hollister-Meadows is passionate about providing patients with quality, patient-centered care. With more than 15 years of primary care experience, she has a wealth of knowledge in dermatology management and procedures. Laura received her master’s in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2005, and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Duke University in 2020. Laura has held appointments at both Washington State University’s School of Nursing and School of Medicine and has authored several articles for national publications. Laura’s true passion lies in patient care. She is dedicated to ensuring patients feel empowered and achieves this with open communication and shared decision making. When she’s not working, Laura loves biking and skiing with her husband and two children.
Melissa Waterbury is a Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of dermatology experience. She received her master’s degree in nursing from Washington State University and is nationally certified in both Dermatology and Family medicine.
Melissa has extensive experience in medical dermatology diagnosing and treating skin conditions, disorders, and skin cancers. She also has many years of experience preforming skin surgery including excisional removal of skin cancers and precancerous lesions. Melissa’s goal is to provide quality compassionate care while allowing the patient to be an active part of the decision making. She believes in personalizing care when addressing the patient’s needs.
Jennifer has been a respected Master Esthetician, providing her clients with the highest level of care for over a decade. Having worked in multiple skincare settings, from medical to holistic, she has a deep understanding of what it takes to meet individual client needs. With experience in providing oncology skincare and treatments for those undergoing chemotherapy and radiation therapy, she is an expert in her field.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, who bring joy and chaos to her life. She wouldn’t trade it for anything. With her passion for holistic skincare and treatments, she makes sure each of her clients leave her with a sense of relaxation and education.
Katherine is a Registered Nurse and long-time resident of Washington state, having served as an RN for nearly two decades and having gained 15 years of experience in Cosmetic Dermatology. She hails from the Tri-Cities, where she was born and raised. Katherine enjoys being an integral part of a successful system and enjoys working closely with the DS team ensuring the patients get the highest quality care.
Katherine is married to her best friend and has two wonderful daughters. In her spare time, she loves to explore the great outdoors with a hike in the mountains and reading mysteries. Writing is also one of her passions, though she rarely finds the time to do so.
Jessica is a skilled medical assistant having worked in a variety of medical settings. Jessica is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care, working efficiently to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Raised in California, Jessica moved to Washington to start a family. She married her high school sweetheart. She has three children. She loves to travel to Mexico with her family every time they get a chance!
Stacey is a transplant from Minnesota 9 years ago. She went back to school to get her MA certificate later in life and has been an MA for approximately 5 years. Stacey is a skilled communicator, putting patients at ease with her friendly and approachable demeanor. Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband, stepson and two lovable dogs, Bella and Izzy.
Megan has been a medical assistant for 14 years. She has 13 years of experience in primary care and 1 year in orthopedics. She enjoys working in dermatology and loves helping others. Megan was born and raised in Prosser. She has been married to her husband Brian for 15 years and has two beautiful daughters. Megan enjoys the outdoors, going to the beach, fishing, spending time with family, and watching football.
Regina has worked in the Medical field for 15 years with experience in Orthopedics, Urgent Care, OB/GYN, Family Medicine, and Dermatology. She believes in going above and beyond for patients and enjoys serving and interacting with patients.
Throughout her experience, Regina has held positions as a Medical Receptionist, and Medical Assistant (Registered). Regina is highly skilled in managing the daily ins and outs of a busy office, facilitating multiple appointments and schedules with ease. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, family and friends.
